Overview

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the suvo9 online gaming platform, including all services, games, promotions and payment facilities made available through suvo9 ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and suvo9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

suvo9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market. All games offered on the Platform are provided by independent, internationally certified software providers. suvo9 does not itself develop or certify game outcomes — we act as an intermediary between the player and those certified game systems. All prices, monetary limits and bonus values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on suvo9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. suvo9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. suvo9 is strictly an adult platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted under the applicable local laws governing your activity.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of suvo9 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers or payment processors, nor may immediate family members of such persons register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. Any false, misleading or outdated information provided at registration or at any point thereafter is grounds for account suspension and fund confiscation.

Account Registration and KYC

Registration on suvo9 requires the submission of accurate personal information. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may require documentary verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any time we deem it necessary to verify your identity, age or payment source. All KYC documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Each player may hold only one account on suvo9. If you already hold an account, you must not register a second account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at suvo9's discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. suvo9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain credential security.
• You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. Outdated contact information, in particular an inactive phone number or email address, may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
• KYC documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and, where required, evidence of the payment method used (e.g. a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming account ownership).
• suvo9 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account where KYC cannot be completed to suvo9's satisfaction, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation to the account holder.

Accounts that have been dormant (no login activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review. suvo9 will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email or phone before taking any action on a dormant account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on suvo9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are processed directly without currency conversion fees for Bangladesh-resident players.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may be adjusted periodically; current limits are always displayed within the account cashier section.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts. For accounts pending KYC verification, withdrawal requests will be queued until verification is completed. suvo9 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the active wagering requirement status on the account. If the deposit method is no longer available, suvo9 may request an alternative method confirmation through the support team.
• suvo9 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved. This process is standard practice to ensure player funds are protected from fraudulent activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

suvo9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific promotion page and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
• suvo9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claim.
• suvo9 may award reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season promotions) at its discretion. These are subject to the same general bonus rules and any specific terms published alongside each offer.

Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

suvo9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment for players who choose to participate freely and within their means. suvo9 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through the account settings, and encourages all players to make use of them.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on suvo9. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction linked to criminal activity, fraud, or the proceeds of crime under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet or promotion offered on suvo9.
• Opening, operating or colluding with duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in other people's names — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or malfunctions in the Platform software or in any game. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned. Failure to report a known error is itself a violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which you have placed or intend to place a bet through suvo9.
• Using abusive, threatening or discriminatory language toward suvo9 support staff or other users of the Platform via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the suvo9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of suvo9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of suvo9.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of suvo9. Unauthorised use of suvo9 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suvo9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if suvo9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

suvo9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The player assumes full responsibility for the cost of any servicing, repair or correction required as a result of using the Platform.

Account Termination and Suspension

suvo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities rules, or KYC obligations.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including during KYC document submission.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by suvo9, where such verification has been flagged as required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• A voluntary account closure request submitted by the account holder directly to suvo9 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute relating to any bet, game outcome, bonus calculation, payment or any other aspect of your suvo9 account, you must contact suvo9 support in the first instance via email to [email protected]. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

suvo9 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within 30 days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through suvo9's internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body acceptable to both parties. suvo9 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or arbitration body outside Bangladesh for disputes arising from the use of the Platform by Bangladesh-resident players.

Amendments to These Terms

suvo9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect a player's rights or obligations — suvo9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with the player's account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or minor clarifications) may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Your continued use of suvo9 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
